There are many beautiful beaches around California. However, many of these beaches are not plumbed directly to the ocean. You can’t find a beach where you can watch the waves spout at the kissing of the shore line. Maybe you really want to get the beach soaking wet. You can get to Salinas Beach in several ways. If you prefer to travel around 30 miles south, take highway 79 toamego. After you pass Vidalia you then turn left on Lifestyle Road to Valley View Drive. Keep driving to Valley View and you will come out at the Bayside area.

 Skip the Bayside Tunnel and head to the Fort Funston for some fun. In recent times the road has become a popular destination for joggers and bikers.
